We do not accept returns for:

- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
2. Return Process

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us with the details and we’ll assist you.
